This is one of my favorite restaurants in the Twin Cities and one of my top recommendations for anyone visiting (that has the means to get out to the suburbs for a great meal). Our favorite thing to get is the Bun Dac Biet. The meat is really perfectly glazed and cooked. They capture a great grilled flavor. Their Nuoc Cham is also one of my local favorites—perfectly balanced between the sweetness and saltiness, with a deep fish sauce flavor. The egg rolls have an excellent bubbled crispy texture from the perfectly fried rice paper. It all pairs very well with the crisp vegetables of the salad. Such a great fresh bite! Our other honorable mentions from the menu are the: Spring Rolls, Vietnamese Crepe, Banh Khot, and any of the soups. It’s also worth mentioning that the portions are sizable and the staff is always helpful and friendly.
MT Noodles isn’t just a Vietnamese restaurant—it’s a celebration of Vietnam’s rich and diverse culinary landscape. While they offer beloved staples like pho and fresh spring rolls, what truly sets MT Noodles apart is their incredibly unique variety of regional and creative dishes. Every plate is thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. Whether you're a longtime lover of Vietnamese food or trying it for the first time, this place promises something memorable in every bite. I can’t wait to come back and try more!
Been here three times now since I come to Minnesota for business. The food is excellent and quick to serve. Make sure to order fried rolls, they are made with rice paper and are very generous with the filling! The soups pho and wonton noodles are wonderful especially on the cooler days. The viet coffee is nice and strong! Highly recommend this place.
Not talked about enough! I love that it’s not the same creation as the many other Vietnamese restaurants. Their dishes are special and you can taste the uniqueness of it. The cool experience is the spring rolls - you can wrap your own spring rolls at your table! It’s fun! Good spot for lunch, or even, a casual date!
So YUMMY I tried the clay pot fish dish today and it was sooooo delish! My GF got the Crepe, and as usual, it was terrific. Everything is pretty darn good. I love the shrimp app. The cream cheese wonton and egg roll shells are a bit on the chewy side but the flavors and comp are awesome and so are the dipping sauces. They were out of a few things which is weird for a Friday night but other options are great. Pretty sure you won’t ever be disappointed here
My son talks about how this place is the best Vietnamese restaurant he’s been to so of course we had to go here during our visit. He wasn’t kidding. The food is so authentic and the entrees are well-portioned for a family to share. The staff are very kind too. Everything was delicious but my favorite item by far was the cả phê sửa đã. We will definitely be back!
Love love lovee MT Noodles! This is hands down my favorite go-to spot for pho. The portions are always generous, and they definitely don’t skimp on the meat—honestly, sometimes it’s even more than I can handle . The service is always on point too; they keep our waters full and check in just the right amount to make sure we’re good. I’ve also tried their rice platter (#16) and banhmi. Love them! 100% recommend, and I’ll for sure keep coming back!
I visited MT Noodles Vietnamese Restaurant for the first time, and it was incredible. The pho is very affordable, and when we ordered the Pho Tai, they gave a generous portion of meat. For the first time ever, I finished the noodles before the meat. The cream cheese wontons were also delicious. They were warm and melted perfectly, and because of their triangular shape, there was more cream cheese and less breading, which I really appreciated. I also tried the lychee lemonade, and it tasted exactly how I imagined. It was light, refreshing, and full of lychee flavor. This might just be my new favorite Vietnamese spot. The service was excellent. Our server checked on us multiple times, and I especially liked that the first check-in happened after we had time to really enjoy our food. A lot of places ask how things are after just one bite, so this felt much more thoughtful. Overall, the food, service, and atmosphere were all amazing. I will definitely be coming back.
